Our specialty is the distribution of authentic Caribbean Patties. These savory turnovers are filled with your choice of beef, curried chicken or steamed vegetables, and are produced in a state of the art, USDA inspected, 73,000 square foot facility capable of producing 30,000 patties per hour.

Only the best lean meats are used in our products. The meat is marinated using only the freshest Caribbean herbs and spices, and slow-cooked in true Caribbean-style using a family recipe perfected over a period of more than four generations. The fillings are then wrapped in a tender flaky crust, which is baked till its golden brown. The vegetarian turnovers have a unique blend of seasoned mixed vegetables wrapped in a whole-wheat crust.

Our products offer a wide variety which appeal to the Caribbean taste in all of us. They range from patties to sauces, main meals to side dishes and appetizers, and from mild to very spicy (remember, these foods originated in the Islands and can be quite hot to the non-native taste buds.)
